Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 — Welcome to Finland & Ferry to Tallinn, Estonia
Warm welcome by our tour manager on arrival at Helsinki Airport. Meet the group, then transfer to the ferry terminal and board the cruise to Tallinn, Estonia across the Baltic Sea. Arrive in Tallinn, transfer to your hotel and check in. Relax before a delicious buffet dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight: Hotel, Tallinn (Estonia).
Day 2 — Discover Tallinn & Journey to Lapland
Breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Guided city tour of medieval Tallinn — charming Old Town, historic squares and viewpoints. Transfer to the ferry terminal and sail back to Helsinki. Panoramic city tour of Helsinki’s major landmarks, then dinner at an Indian restaurant. Evening: board your private coach for the overnight journey towards Finnish Lapland. Overnight: Overnight on private luxury coach.
Day 3 — Santa Claus Village & Transfer to Kuusamo
Arrive in Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus, in the morning. After breakfast, visit the world-famous Santa Claus Village: meet Santa and cross the iconic Arctic Circle. Continue your scenic drive to Kuusamo. Check in and enjoy a traditional Finnish buffet dinner. Overnight: Hotel, Kuusamo.
Day 4 — Husky Safari, Reindeer & Northern Lights Hunt
Start your day with breakfast. Visit a traditional Reindeer Farm and enjoy a peaceful Reindeer Sleigh Ride. Visit a Husky Farm and experience an exciting 5 km Husky Safari. Return to the hotel for dinner. Evening: head out on our Northern Lights Hunting Tour. Overnight: Hotel, Kuusamo.
Day 5 — Oulanka National Park & Glass Igloo Experience
After breakfast, check out at around 9:00 AM. Travel to spectacular Oulanka National Park — frozen rivers, hanging bridges and breathtaking winter scenery. Continue your journey north to Levi. Check into your Glass Igloo and spend the night beneath the Arctic sky. Enjoy dinner, then relax with the possibility of watching the Northern Lights from your bed. Overnight: Glass Igloo, Levi.
Day 6 — Scenic Drive to Tromsø, Norway
After breakfast, check out around 11:00 AM and begin one of the most scenic drives of the tour towards Tromsø, Norway. Travel through spectacular Arctic landscapes — mountains, frozen lakes and dramatic fjords. Check into your hotel with beautiful views of Tromsø’s surrounding fjords. Dinner at the hotel. Evening: join another exciting Northern Lights Tour. Overnight: Hotel, Tromsø (Norway).
Day 7 — Tromsø City Tour & Journey to Kiruna, Sweden
Breakfast, then explore the highlights of Tromsø — often called the “Gateway to the Arctic”. Check out and continue through breathtaking Scandinavian landscapes towards Kiruna, Sweden. Enjoy scenic views of mountains, fjords and Arctic wilderness along the way. Check into your hotel. After dinner, head out for another Northern Lights excursion. Overnight: Hotel, Kiruna (Sweden).
Day 8 — Kiruna to Oulu, Finland
After breakfast, enjoy a short orientation tour of Kiruna before departing for Oulu, Finland. Check into your hotel on arrival. Spend the evening exploring Oulu city centre at your own pace. Dinner at a local Indian restaurant. Overnight: Hotel, Oulu.
Day 9 — Ice Breaker Cruise & Return to Helsinki
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Kemi for the Ice Breaker Cruise & ice floating. After the icebreaker cruise, journey back to Helsinki. Check into your hotel on arrival. Evening: farewell buffet dinner celebrating an unforgettable Scandinavian adventure. Overnight: Hotel, Helsinki.
Day 10 — Departure from Helsinki
